1. How to Cancel Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order at:

2. Cancellation Timeframe

2.1 Orders Not Yet Shipped

  • Cancellation Requests: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.
  • Full Refund: If the cancellation request is successful, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

2.2 Orders That Have Already Been Shipped

If your order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you will need to wait for the order to arrive and then initiate a return according to our Refund and Return Policy.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Special Cases

4.1 Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom-made or personalized items are non-cancelable once production has started, as they are made specifically for you. Please double-check your order details before confirming any custom orders.

4.2 Final Sale Items

Orders for items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

5. Changes to Orders

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
